    • Frequently asked questions

What makes The Baby Blanket Store different? ⌄
We make gifting effortless. Whether you’re shopping for a baby shower, birthday, or just because, our curated selection of ultra-soft organic cotton blankets and charming baby gifts makes it easy to find something truly special. We offer 100% organic cotton blankets that are eco-friendly, wonderfully soft, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, every order ships free, and optional Signature Gift Wrapping with a handwritten card is available too.
What does “Google Top Quality Store, Rated Exceptional” mean? ⌄
It means Google has been keeping score, and we got the top mark. Google rates online stores on what actually matters when you order: how fast and affordably things ship, how easy returns are, how well the site works, and what real customers say afterward. “Exceptional” is the highest rating there is, and stores that earn it are named a Top Quality Store.

We didn’t apply for it and we can’t buy it. It’s earned one order at a time, and we’ve held it for a long time. So whether you’re ordering one wildly soft blanket or custom embroidery and corporate gift baskets for a whole team, you’re getting the same care.
    Price Guarantee ⌄
    What is your Price Guarantee?

If you find the same item for a lower price within 90 days — including shipping — we refund the difference.

    How to submit a claim:
    1. Open your order confirmation email from us.
    2. Reply with a screenshot of the lower-priced item.
    3. Include the competitor’s shipping cost.
Exclusions: Applies to identical items sold by U.S. retailers only. No auction sites, resale sites, or open-box items.
What is the cost of shipping, and how long does it take? ⌄
Shipping is always free. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking is included with every order.
Do you offer gift wrapping? ⌄
Yes! Wendy personally wraps each gift to make it look beautiful for the occasion.
    Can I include a gift message? ⌄
Absolutely — you can add a personalized message during checkout, and we’ll print it on a gift receipt, with no prices shown. For a handwritten touch, add a Handwritten Greeting Card for $5, or Signature Gift Wrapping, which includes one.
What items do you suggest for baby shower gifts? ⌄
Depending on your budget and relationship, we have beautiful gifts starting at around $30. Gift sets are always an easy choice, and for that special person, our gift baskets with 5 or more items, like baby blankets, books, and teethers, are a wonderful choice and guaranteed to bring a smile.
What are your products made of? ⌄
Our blankets, loveys, and stuffed animals are made with 100% organic cotton. Stuffed animals include a soft polyester fill that dries quickly after washing.
