- A gift card can be sent with a custom message to the recipient. Simply check the box next to "I want to send this as a gift," and you will be prompted to enter the recipient's information.
- What if I misplaced or never received my gift card? No worries! Click “Resend gift cards” from your order confirmation email to receive it again. This option is available once your order has been fulfilled. We are available via chat or call/text (415) 326-4819.
- Can a gift card be used more than once? Yes! As long as there’s a balance remaining, you can use your gift card multiple times.
- Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase? Absolutely! You can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
- Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card? Unfortunately, no. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes? Yes! Gift cards apply to your final order total, including shipping and taxes.
- Can gift cards be used with a discount code? Yes! Gift cards are a form of payment and can be used alongside discount codes.
- Can I get a refund on a gift card? Yes, if you used a gift card for your purchase, we can apply the refund to your gift card. For partial refunds involving multiple payment methods, we can manually adjust the refund amount for each method.
- What happens if I refund my gift card? If a gift card is refunded, it is automatically disabled.
