At The Baby Blanket Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

30-Day Return Window

  • You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Fees

  • No fee for returning items.

How to Return an Item

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If lost, we can look it up for you.

Start a Return

  • Contact us at customerservice@thebabyblanketstore.com or call/text (415) 326-4819 to initiate a return.
  • We will email you a pre-paid address label.
  • Drop the package off at your local United States Post Office location.

Exchanges

  • Return the item you have. Once initiated, we'll mail your replacement item out.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method immediately.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items) are not eligible for returns unless damaged.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
